I eat, try to be reasonably healthy without a diet. Works sometimes more, sometimes less 🤪💕🍑But, I don't really have regular meal times.

Of course, I still remember when grandparents had breakfast at 8, lunch at 12, coffee time at 3 pm, and dinner at 6 pm.
Today, I don't know anyone who even manages to do it approximately. With shifts, home office, working on the go, overtime, flexible working hours.

4 o'clock was the night over, so I can do everything a bit more relaxed today and don't have to rush. And it's a completely different atmosphere the earlier you get up. And it's a bit cooler.

And yes, I think that's all there is to it! ...I feel really old and harsh on my face with makeup, and even more so with a lot of makeup, and in the summer it's even different. Of course!
Everything waterproof, everything super, but freshly showered with care and GLOW, that's beautiful to me. A old, sun-bleached, leather-like skin that's ultra-thin and over-made-up is definitely not my goal. 🤣🤪👍👍
But, everyone can do whatever they want, and luckily we're all different.. 🥿👬
I have artificial eyelashes and all that, but with a hoodie and shirt on, I don't fiddle with myself all day and I'm 100 times more relaxed.
