Es läuft...
....ja,es ist mal wieder Zeit - zu Fasten - das mach ich so 1-2x im Jahr...sollten man wohl viel öfter machen. Sich Zeit für sich nehmen - zu reseten - das Essen anders wahrzunehmen...den Stress mal von sich abschütteln oder einfach für klare Gedanken u mehr Wohlbefinden.
Unabhängig davon ist es natürlich auch sexy für den Körper.
Wie ist es bei dir? Glaubenssache? Schon mal probiert? Gesundheitlicher Antrieb?
Ich dacht zwischen den ganzen anderen Postings und Beiträgen, komm ich einfach mal mit real talk ;-) ist auch völlig okay wenn dich andere Sachen interessieren - ich bin ich u das ist gut so. Andere gibt's genug :-) haha also in diesem Sinn, nimmst sportlich, lustig u mit Humor

Mit Blumen kann man wirklich jemanden ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern. Wann hast du das letzte mal gelächelt weil du jemanden glücklich gemacht hast???
