Caught
Today I caught myself smiling about something that hadn't actually happened.
Just a thought.
And suddenly it was there.
This little cinema in my head that switches on uninvited and then stubbornly refuses to disappear.
Sometimes I wonder if others start just as harmlessly. With a glance. A memory. A voice. Or that one person where you automatically read a bit slower.
The crazy thing is that the most interesting things often don't happen at all.
They could happen.
And that's exactly what makes them so dangerous.
Maybe that's why I like people with imagination. People who can read between the lines. Who know that tension rarely arises where everything is immediately on the table.
Sometimes one thought is enough.
And it keeps you busy for much longer than it should.
Now I'd be interested:
What is more dangerous – what actually happens, or what you just imagine? 😉

Today nothing will be shaken anymore
Sometimes you make a firm decision in the morning. You stay focused. Disciplined. Reasonable.
And then comes noon.
Suddenly you're sitting there, glance at the clock, and realize that your thoughts have long been on their way somewhere they shouldn't be. The more you try to catch them, the more brazen they become.
The crazy thing is: Some things only become interesting if you don't get them right away. If you wait a bit. Play a bit. Build up some tension.
Maybe that's the reason why I'm taking things a bit slower today. After all, anyone who jumps right in misses out on the best part.
Sometimes the surroundings are just more fun than the actual thing.
Or am I the only one who likes to take their time before it really gets interesting? 😉

New week, new luck. At least that's what everyone claims on Monday morning. I grabbed my coffee, took a quick look in the mirror, and decided not to give the week a chance to underestimate me. 😏
Sometimes it doesn't take much. A clear thought. A little smile. That special mix of composure and determination that makes people curious without saying a single word. ✨
While others are still negotiating with the weekend, I'm already trying to persuade my to-do list to get done voluntarily. Does it work? Ask me again this evening. 😉
And maybe that's exactly what makes Monday appealing. Nobody knows what the next few days will bring. But I like that feeling when everything is still possible. A bit of tension. A bit of anticipation. And the faint notion that the most interesting things usually happen when you haven't planned them. 😇
So, head up, shoulders back, and a little sparkle in your eyes as you head into the new week. Who knows what surprises are waiting around the next corner? 😉✨

That's how it's nice. That was once, like the days to my taste. That way I can at least work on my seamless tan or have it done.

Discussion with the alarm clock this morning
This morning, my alarm clock apparently had other plans than I did. 😄 It was convinced it was time to get up. I, on the other hand, thought that ten more minutes of sleep would be a great idea.
Well... those ten minutes turned into two hours. 🤭
When I opened my eyes again, I had to check the clock. Twice. Sometimes you really wonder how time can disappear so quickly. But honestly? After the last few days, I probably needed the sleep. I feel amazingly refreshed, calm, and full of energy.
Maybe you shouldn't always get annoyed about every unplanned moment. Sometimes the body shows you pretty clearly what it needs right now.
And now I'm curious: Does this happen to you too, that from 'just five more minutes' suddenly half a morning turns out? 😏☕💭
